You’ll work under the Store Manager to lead center store activities, ensure safety processes, and complete daily tasks. This role emphasizes ownership, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empower the center store team.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage staff.
• Oversee center store activities and ensure daily tasks are completed and safety processes followed.
• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Address guest concerns and communicate updates to the Store Manager.
• Serve on the store leadership team and cover for other leaders when needed.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as required.
