Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead a community-focused store in Nebraska. You will oversee team performance, guest service, merchandising, and store operations while driving sales and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

You will hire and mentor Team Members, manage scheduling, and ensure execution of Casey’s strategic initiatives. A leadership role with opportunities for growth and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Transferrable professional experience.
• Ability to build, develop, and lead a team.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and driving performance.
• Ownership mindset and clear communication.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks.
• Background check may be required by state licensing and law.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise Team Members in the Casey's Way, coaching and mentoring.
• Model Casey’s CARES values in daily leadership.
• Manage labor budget and staffing, schedule updates, and communicate changes.
• Oversee kitchen operations for productivity and profitability.
• Manage daily bookwork, audits, inventory, and asset protection processes.
• Collaborate with District Manager to develop Store Action Plans in response to KPIs and P&L.
