Casey’s in Minnesota is looking for a Store Manager who can lead a team, serve the community with enthusiasm, and uphold Casey’s CARES values. You’ll drive sales, maintain quality and service standards, and model a coaching culture that helps your teammates grow.

You’ll hire, train, and supervise Team Members, manage labor, ensure scheduling accuracy, protect assets, and partner with district leadership to build Store Action Plans that boost performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and driving store performance.
• Ability to hire, train, and mentor team members.
• Strong communication and guest service focus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to perform essential store duties.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean so we can continue to build strong relationships with our guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way; coach and mentor to help them succeed.
• Model and coach Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing, ensure scheduling is up to date and communicated.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, audits, inventories, and merchandise orders; manage asset protection.
• Develop Store Action Plans with District Manager to improve KPIs and P&L.
• Attend trainings including ServSafe where applicable and ensure team trainings are completed.
