Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash seeks a Store Manager in Goose Creek, SC to lead daily store operations and build a high-performing team. You will coach employees, manage scheduling, and ensure a safe, customer-focused environment to drive service quality and sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience considered.
• 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in fast-paced settings.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees.
• Car wash experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and cultivate team culture.
• Support GM in payroll tasks and scheduling.
• Drive revenue by coaching staff and improving customer interactions.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
• Oversee uptime when GM is not onsite.
