Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a General Manager for the Goose Creek, SC location to oversee daily operations, drive revenue growth, and uphold safety and service standards while cultivating a positive team culture.

The role reports to the Area Director; availability is 45–50 hours per week. Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 with potential for bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; education/experience may be considered in lieu.
• 1–3 years of management experience in retail, hospitality or fast-paced environments; car wash experience not required.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and foster a positive, customer-focused culture.
• Deliver a safe, clean, and 5-star experience for customers and employees; address concerns and promote satisfaction and sales.
• Create and communicate daily/weekly schedules; ensure maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and policy compliance.
