Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience managing a team in a restaurant, retail, hospitality, or other customer-focused environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience managing day-to-day operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and financial controls.
• ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire.
• Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local employment, workplace safety, and food safety regulations.
