Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive operational excellence, manage cash and inventory, and uphold brand standards across the store.

You will collaborate with operations, training, human resources, and marketing to execute programs, while developing local marketing initiatives and community outreach to support brand growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager or supervisor in a restaurant or retail customer service.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and the community.
• Hours may include days, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Experience with OSHA, EEOC and local statutes; ServSafe preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and lead the team to provide an excellent guest experience.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure store appearance aligns with Smoothie King.
• Manage cash activities and store operations, including inventory and scheduling.
• Review KPIs and implement improvements; work with cross-functional teams.
• Develop local store marketing plans and community outreach.
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines and company policies.
