Miniso is seeking a Store Manager in Happy Valley, Oregon, to lead a vibrant store team and deliver a world-class customer experience. You will drive sales, manage labor, optimize inventory, and promote our membership program to build loyalty and growth.

You will embody the Miniso mission and values, uphold merchandising standards, and oversee all operations from front-line leadership to store profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership and customer management skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to relocate or manage additional stores as needed.
• Willing to travel between locations.

Responsabilités

• Lead a dynamic store team including assistant manager, shift leads and sales associates.
• Promote Miniso mission and values in all aspects of the role.
• Ensure seamless store execution, outstanding customer service and merchandising standards.
• Drive sales, optimize labor and manage inventory.
• Promote store membership program to foster loyalty and retention.
• Recruit, train and retain top talent; conduct performance evaluations.
• Uphold store standards and manage expenses for profitability.
• Handle cash and ensure adherence to SOPs; maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Coordinate with Area/District Manager and HR on performance and relations.
• Manage scheduling, store upkeep and visual merchandising per guidelines.
• Drive store growth through strategic planning and community presence.
• Address issues from staff or customers with quick, effective solutions.
