• Ensure seamless store execution: customer service, merchandising, SOPs, and sales.
• Promote and drive engagement with the store's membership program.
• Oversee operations and overall performance; develop staff career paths.
• Hire, train, and retain top talent; provide coaching and feedback.
• Drive profitability through effective sales strategies and expense management.
• Manage cash handling and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Coordinate with Area Manager and HR on performance and relations.
