Job summary

HOKA at Deckers Brands is seeking a Stockroom Operations Lead for our National Harbor Outlet in Maryland. You will own the stockroom, oversee receiving, storage, picking, transfers, and security, and partner with the Store Manager to drive stock accuracy and store performance.

You’ll lead stock associates, maintain safety standards, and deliver exceptional customer service on the floor, while training the team to follow merchandising and service protocols.

Qualifications

• One to two years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop stock associates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, counting, and distribution in the stockroom.
• Manage transfers between locations and core stock processes.
• Maintain safety and security measures and deter theft.
• Assist Store Manager with selling floor replenishment and merchandising.
• Provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor.
