Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to meet sales, profitability, and customer experience goals.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and manage store associates.
• Ensure staffing levels, payroll control, shrink management, and operating expenses.
• Maintain inventory controls and compliance with loss prevention standards.
• Uphold Citi Trends policies and standards and drive merchandise execution.
