Qualifications

• 5–7 years of overall retail experience preferred.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to meet sales, profit, and customer experience targets.
• Monitor sales performance and take action to improve results.
• Manage payroll, shrink, and operating expenses for financial controls.
• Maintain inventory controls and compliance with shrink prevention standards.
