CITITRENDS is a leading off-price retailer focused on delivering great style and brands at exceptional prices. The Store Manager will lead all aspects of store performance, people leadership, and operational execution to drive sales and provide an outstanding customer experience.

This role requires a seasoned retail leader with strong coaching skills, the ability to manage payroll and inventory, and a commitment to compliant, high‑performing store operations. Nights and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager or equivalent retail leadership role.
• 5–7 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to meet sales goals, profit objectives, and customer experience standards.
• Monitor sales performance and take action to drive results and address opportunities.
• Maintain payroll, shrink control, and operating expenses to improve profitability.
• Ensure inventory controls and compliance with shrink prevention standards.
• Recruit, coach, and develop store associates while maintaining staffing levels.
