Job summary

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year in retail and 6 months of leadership; strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking abilities are essential for success in a dynamic retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management in administrative functions and scheduling.
• Maintain customer-focused interactions and keep the store clean and organized.
• Support hiring processes and onboarding of new associates.
• Maintain Associate personnel files and cash office functions.
• Assist with scheduling, expense monitoring, inventory, and supply requisition.
• Communicate priorities clearly with management and team.
• Promote and recognize safety, labor laws, and store policies.
• Support training needs and shrink-reduction initiatives.
