CITITRENDS is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will manage customer experience, financial controls, and staffing while upholding company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager or equivalent retail leadership role.
• 5–7 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to meet sales goals, profitability, and customer experience standards.
• Monitor sales performance and take action to improve results.
• Maintain payroll, shrink control, and operating expenses within approved budgets.
• Ensure proper inventory controls and shrink prevention.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and, when needed, counsel or terminate associates per policies.
