Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalen​t is required.
• 3–5 years of Store Manager or equivalent retail leadership experience.
• 5–7 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to achieve sales goals, profit objectives, and customer experience standards.
• Monitor sales performance and drive results.
• Maintain payroll management, shrink control, and operating expenses.
• Ensure proper inventory controls and shrink prevention compliance.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management to staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service in a safe, organized store environment.
