Job summary

GPM Investments' E-Z Mart in Antlers, OK is hiring a Cashier/Sales Associate for Store 4255. You will greet customers, run the register with accuracy, upsell where appropriate, and help keep the store clean and safe in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role offers flexible full-time and part-time shifts, weekly pay, and benefits including a 401(k). No prior experience is required; you’ll receive on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Be prepared to stay on feet most of shift; outdoors/indoors in all weather.
• English communication skills (read/write/speak).
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Lift 10 lbs frequently; up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screening required.
• Friendly, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register with accuracy and speed.
• Learn lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with age verification compliance.
• Offer friendly service and upsell to increase sales.
• Keep store, restrooms, pumps, and parking lot clean and safe.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays; maintain a neat store.
• Maintain entryways, sweep and mop; cross-train in other departments.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; be a team player.
