Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC, operating the E-Z Mart store in Broken Arrow, OK, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations and lead a high-performing team. You will run the register, assist customers, and help guide staff to deliver great service on every shift.

The role requires open availability, including weekends and holidays, with second or third shift work likely. A Food Safety Certification is required or obtainable; 21+ and transportation are needed.

Qualifications

• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Physical readiness for cleaning and stocking duties.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Proficient English communication with basic math.
• Willingness to learn and grow within retail leadership.
• Food Safety Certification is required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and help customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Assist in hiring, training, and leading a high-performing team.
• Act as manager when Store Manager is off shift.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to stay stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team to excel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
