Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate Team Leader for our E-Z Mart store in Fort Smith, AR. This full-time role supports store operations, delivers friendly service, and leads a team during shifts to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales with an electronic register, handling cash, checking IDs for restricted items, stocking shelves, cleaning, and supporting training initiatives to improve performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers in a friendly manner and provides fast and efficient service.
• Rings sales on a cash register, handles payments and exchanges.
• Assist with shift changes by counting money in the cash drawer at start/end of shift.
• Process payments for money orders, credit cards, checks and lottery products.
• Check IDs for restricted sales and rotate stock on shelves.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and all areas as part of daily duties.
• Stock shelves, price merchandise, and manage damaged/out-of-code items.
• Support with vendor deliveries and training evaluations.
