Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our E-Z Mart store in Oklahoma City. The role requires open availability, including weekends and holidays, and working second or third shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Open Availability: weekends, holidays, and likely second or third shifts.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and vehicle.
• Physical readiness for cleaning, maintenance, and outdoor tasks.
• Minimum age 21 years or older.
• Proficient English communication and basic math.
• Willing to learn and adapt to store policies and procedures.
• Certification: Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Operate register with speed and accuracy and provide friendly customer service.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on service and store success.
• Step in as acting manager when Store Manager is away.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep shelves stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms, trash areas, and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team to excel.
• Other duties as assigned.
