Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager in Piedmont, SC, to lead daily operations and drive store performance. You will manage a team of 8-15, cover diverse shifts, supervise sales, inventory, and banking tasks, and ensure safety and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, cross-training, and implementing company programs. Competitive hourly pay with a $1500 sign-on bonus after six months, plus 401(k) and PTO benefits.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work any shift as needed.
• Valid driver’s license, access to vehicle, and insurance for bank deposits.
• Retail or food management experience preferred.
• Lead by example in all aspects of store operations, including cleaning, upselling, and frontline service.
• 21+ years old; Food Safety Certification required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be available for any shift, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Run the register, stock, upsell, clean restrooms, and maintain lot and fuel pumps.
• Coach team members to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits with required licenses and insurance.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Control expenses and labor hours while meeting sales goals.
• Execute all programs and marketing initiatives.
• Cross-train and support deli/QSR operations as needed.
