GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager in Myrtle Beach, SC to lead daily store operations, drive performance, and mentor a team across shifts. You will own inventory, merchandising, banking deposits, safety, customer satisfaction, and program execution.

The role demands hands-on leadership, open availability, and a track record of accountability, with a $1500 sign-on bonus after six months.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store operations and teams.
• Willingness to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Cover shifts as needed and demonstrate hands-on leadership.
• Run the register, stock, upsell, clean restrooms, and maintain lot and pumps.
• Coach team to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions.
