GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an energetic Store Manager in Ladson, SC to lead daily store operations and drive performance. You will manage a team of 8-15, cover shifts across days, evenings, weekends and holidays, handle cash deposits, and ensure safety and cleanliness.

• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of your store's operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage, including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Run register, stock, upsell, clean facilities, and manage lot and pumps.
• Coach team members to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions.
