Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager in South Carolina to lead daily store operations and a team of 8-15 employees. You will drive performance, ensure excellent customer service, and cover all shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a focus on safety and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in retail or hospitality.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team across all shifts.
• Cover all shifts as needed, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Execute all duties of store employees including running the register, stocking, upselling, cleaning restrooms, and maintaining the lot and fuel pumps.
• Coach team members to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions and key items.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits with required licenses and insurance.
• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving store sales goals.
• Execute all company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Be willing to take on anything the store needs, including cross-training and deli/QSR operations.
