Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager in South Carolina to lead store operations and drive performance. You will manage an 8-15 person team across shifts, cover all roles as needed, run the register, stock, upsell, and maintain safety and cleanliness to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage inventory and banking, and execute promotions and programs while controlling labor and expenses.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of your store's operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage on any shift, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Run the register, stock, upsell, clean restrooms, and maintain the lot and fuel pumps.
• Coach team members to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions and key items.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members with a focus on growth and accountability.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits with a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving store sales goals.
• Execute all company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Be willing to cross-train and step in to manage deli or QSR operations when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
