Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager to own store operations, lead 8–15 teammates, and drive performance across shifts. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and customer service.

You’ll recruit, train, and coach staff; manage inventory, cash deposits, and promotions; and step in across deli or QSR operations when needed. This hourly role offers weekly pay and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21+ with valid driver’s license and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be available for all shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Run registers, stock, upsell, clean restrooms, and maintain lot and pumps.
• Coach staff to deliver excellent service and promote key items.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits with compliance.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while hitting sales goals.
• Execute company programs and initiatives.
• Cross-train and cover deli/QSR operations when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
