Qualifications

• Minimum age 21+ with legal work eligibility.
• Must have Food Safety Certification or be able to obtain one.
• Valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle and proof of insurance for banking duties.
• Retail or food management experience preferred.
• Willingness to lead by example in all store operations.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Run the register, stock, upsell, clean, and maintain the lot and pumps.
• Coach staff to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members with focus on growth and teamwork.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits; ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving sales goals.
• Execute company programs and marketing initiatives.
