Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Food safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Hire, train, and direct associates to support store performance and guest satisfaction
• Lead the 8+ week Store Leadership Training program and mentor team members to ensure success
