Job summary

Casey’s Store Manager in Danville, IL leads a dynamic team to deliver friendly guest service, strong operations, and community involvement. You will hire, train, and coach Team Members, manage scheduling, and ensure the store meets Casey’s standards for quality and service.

You’ll drive sales, control labor costs, oversee kitchen activities, and partner with the District Manager to develop action plans based on KPIs and P&L results. ServSafe training is encouraged where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way; coach and mentor your team.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events; keep scheduling up to date.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, inventories, audits, and asset protection processes.
• Partner with the District Manager to develop Store Action Plans based on KPIs and P&L.
• Complete required trainings including ServSafe where applicable.
