Casey’s Store Manager in Rockford, IL leads an important team to deliver the Casey’s experience—friendly, efficient service and high store standards. You’ll drive sales, manage schedules, and coach staff in Casey’s CARES values while overseeing kitchen activities and store audits.

You’ll report results to the district team and participate in action-planning to respond to KPIs and P&L insights, with a path for growth within the Fortune 400 Casey's organization.

Formación

• Transferrable professional management experience.
• Proven ability to hire, train, and develop a team.
• Strong communication and leadership under varying hours.

Responsabilidades

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise team members, coaching through Casey's values.
• Manage labor budget and scheduling for regular hours and events.
• Oversee kitchen operations, inventory, audits, and asset protection.
• Collaborate with district manager to develop Store Action Plans.
