Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way; coach and mentor your team.
• Model and coach Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events; keep scheduling up to date and communicated.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, store walks, task lists, counts/audits, merchandise orders; manage inventory and DSD; protect assets.
• Partner with District Manager to develop Store Action Plans in response to KPIs and P&L.
• Attend trainings and ensure Team Members complete required trainings (ServSafe where applicable).
