Job summary

As a key member of the leadership team, you will ensure adherence to policies, optimize staffing, and manage costs while maintaining a high standard of presentation and service. This role requires a strong retail background and a passion for teamwork and growth.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent retail management experience.
• Experience leading teams and direct reports in a selling environment.
• Strong organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store partners to deliver superior customer service and meet sales goals.
• Develop training plans and ensure product knowledge across all categories.
• Coach and develop staff, manage staffing and payroll to optimize store performance.
• Analyze trends and adjust operations to maximize profitability while controlling expenses.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and maintain company standards for visuals and policies.
• Coordinate with district leadership to implement initiatives and events.
