Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2–4 years retail store management experience.
• Experience leading teams in a selling environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Availability for varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store partners to foster a service and selling culture and exceed expectations.
• Maintain expert product knowledge and develop training plans for associates.
• Communicate local customer needs to District Manager.
• Analyze trends to maximize sales and meet key metrics.
• Coach and recognize team performance on the sales floor.
