Job summary

Casey’s Store Manager role involves leading a community-focused team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will drive sales, maintain store quality, and manage staffing, training, and operations to ensure Casey's is Here for Good.

You will coach employees in Casey’s CARES values, control labor budgets, and oversee inventory and safety practices, while working across shifts to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Transferrable professional experience.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Ability to manage schedules and labor budgets.
• Willing to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong guest relationships.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise Team Members; coach and mentor your team.
• Model and coach Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing; ensure scheduling is updated and communicated.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, inventories, audits, and merchandise orders; manage asset protection.
• Partner with District Manager to develop Store Action Plans in response to KPIs and P&L.
• Attend trainings and complete assessments, including ServSafe if applicable.
