Job summary

Boot Barn in Fairfield, CA is seeking a Store Manager to lead store partners, drive sales goals, and maintain exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with District & Regional Leadership, HR, and Store Support Center to optimize staffing, control expenses, and uphold operational standards.

The role requires proven leadership, retail management experience, and a commitment to Boot Barn’s values and customer experience. Strong communication and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and/or 2 to 4 years of experience in retail store management.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams in a selling environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead store partners to foster a service & selling culture and exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Implement and uphold an environment of continuous learning by exhibiting expert-level product knowledge across all categories.
• Assess and communicate localized customers' needs to District Manager.
• Analyze and measure business trends to maximize sales and meet key metrics.
• Review sales goals with partners and provide coaching and recognition of excellence.
• Ensure adequate staffing to meet changing business needs and payroll expenses.
