Responsibilities

• Lead store partners to foster a service and selling culture and exceed customer expectations.
• Develop training plans and product knowledge across western boots, work boots, denim, hats and add-ons.
• Assess local customer needs and communicate them to District Manager.
• Analyze business trends to maximize sales and meet metrics.
• Coach staff on goals, provide feedback, and maintain floor presence during peak hours.
• Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and payroll considerations.
