Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and/or 2 to 4 years of experience in retail store management.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams in a selling environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Up to 15% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store partners to foster a service & selling culture and exceed customer expectations.
• Uphold expert-level product knowledge across categories and train staff.
• Assess localized customer needs and communicate with District Manager.
• Analyze trends to maximize sales and meet key metrics.
• Coach and recognize excellence; be present on the sales floor during peak hours.
• Ensure staffing meets business needs and manage payroll implications.
• Ensure merchandise presentation adheres to guidelines and educate partners.
• Lead loyalty programs engagement and drive events with district leadership.
