Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directly lead a store team including ASM, shift leads and sales associates.
• Uphold Miniso mission, values, and customer service standards.
• Ensure seamless store execution, merchandising, SOP adherence and sales.
• Promote and drive membership program engagement and sign-ups.
• Oversee labor, inventory, profitability, and expenses.
• Recruit, train, and develop talent with career paths.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store.
• Communicate with Area/District Manager and HR on performance.
