Job summary

MINISO USA in California is seeking a Store Manager to lead operations and an energized team toward a world-class shopping experience. You will drive sales, optimize labor and inventory, and promote the membership program to boost customer loyalty.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, ensure excellent service, uphold SOPs, and maintain a profitable store. Flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership, organizational and customer management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team including the Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and strong sales performance.
• Manage labor, inventory, and store operations for efficiency.
• Promote and drive engagement with the store membership program.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop talent; mentor and provide feedback.
• Uphold SOPs, cash handling and store safety standards.
• Drive profitability and manage expenses to meet goals.
• Travel between locations as required.
