Steve Madden is seeking a Store Manager (full-time) to oversee all staff and store operations in Towson, MD. You will model effective selling, develop a strong client base, and drive sales to meet profit objectives.

You'll lead a high-performing team, hire qualified staff, manage inventory and visual merchandising, and ensure compliance with safety and loss-prevention standards. A flexible schedule including weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of retail experience, including staff supervision.
• Strong leadership, coaching and development skills.
• Solid knowledge of store operations, merchandising and loss prevention.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
