Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in staff management and development or combination of education and experience.
• Proven retail management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
• Manage scheduling and payroll processing.
• Oversee donation processes, pricing and product presentation.
• Maintain store maintenance, safety and appearance, and OSHA compliance.
• Develop customer retention plans and ensure high quality service.
• Provide daily reports on store production and sales.
