Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in staff management and development.
• Proven retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff and oversee recruitment and scheduling.
• Oversee donation processing, pricing, and presentation.
• Manage store operations, safety, and maintenance.
• Oversee cash handling and daily deposits within budget.
• Provide daily production and sales reports to leadership.
