Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Central Territory in Racine is seeking a Store Manager to lead one of its stores, driving sales, staff performance and customer service while upholding the organization’s mission.

You will supervise staff, manage banking and reporting, ensure safety and storefront presentation, and collaborate with Regional leadership to achieve store goals and community impact.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in staff management and development or combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic financial management.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong English communication with customers, management and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff through recruitment, training and supervision.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll processing and adherence to policies.
• Manage donation processes, pricing, presentation and inventory.
