Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales and maintain service standards.
• Ensure store is stocked, clean, and visually appealing for guests.
• Hire, train, and supervise team members in Casey's Way; coach and mentor.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events; update schedules.
• Oversee kitchen operations for productivity and profitability.
• Complete daily bookwork, inventories, audits, and merchandise orders; protect assets.
• Partner with leadership to develop Store Action Plans based on KPIs and P&L.
