Job summary

Casey’s Store Manager role leads a team to deliver outstanding guest service, manage daily operations, and uphold Casey's CARES values. You’ll drive sales, control costs, and ensure store cleanliness and safety while coaching teammates to grow their skills.

You’ll plan staffing, supervise training, and execute strategic initiatives with support from the District Manager, participating in bonus programs and a path to advancement within a Fortune 400 company.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a retail/food-service environment.
• Ability to recruit, train and mentor staff to deliver Casey’s service standards.
• Willingness to work varied hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives and drive sales while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Ensure the store is stocked, clean, and safe to foster strong guest relationships.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise Team Members as a Casey’s Way coach and mentor.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and peak times; keep scheduling updated.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Perform daily bookwork, inventories, audits, and orders; protect company assets.
