Job summary

WhiteWater Express is hiring a Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a 8–12 person team, and ensure a safe, high-quality guest experience. The role oversees shifts when the GM is not onsite and reports to the GM.

Base salary ranges from $47,500 to $55,000 with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong leadership, communication, and sales skills, ready to drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees.
• Retail, hospitality, or fast-paced environment experience.
• Car wash experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead team culture and coach for front-line performance.
• Assist in selection, development, and retention of top team members.
• Lead all GM responsibilities during their absence to ensure seamless operations.
• Deliver a safe, clean, and 5-star experience for customers and employees.
• Educate customers on wash products, memberships, and promotions to support sales.
• Support daily operations, scheduling, and task completion to meet site standards.
