Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a 8–12 person team, and maintain a safe, high-quality experience for guests. You will cover GM duties in their absence and help drive performance across service, safety, and culture.

The role offers a base salary of $40,000–$44,000 with bonus potential up to $12,500, plus benefits and advancement opportunities in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; combination of experience considered.
• 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all GM responsibilities during their absence to ensure seamless operations.
• Deliver a safe, clean, and 5-star experience for customers and employees from drive-up to drive-out.
• Support daily operations, hourly scheduling, and completion of tasks to meet business needs and site standards.
• Drive revenue growth by coaching team members and optimizing customer interactions.
• Uphold company policies and enforce safety protocols; assist GM with payroll tasks.
• Availabilty to work 45–50 hours per week, adjusting as needed to meet business demands.
