Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team, drive customer satisfaction, and develop future leaders. This role supports daily operations, especially when the GM is not onsite, and reports to the GM.

The position offers a base salary of $42,500–$45,000 with bonus potential up to $12,500 and requires 45–50 hours per week. Candidates should excel in coaching, sales, and operations while maintaining safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; applicable experience considered in lieu of education.
• 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience supervising 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all GM responsibilities during their absence to ensure seamless operations.
• Deliver a safe, clean, 5-star experience for customers and employees.
• Coach team members to meet and exceed goals and drive revenue growth.
• Manage daily operations, scheduling, and task completion to meet business needs.
• Oversee payroll review and approval during GM shifts.
