Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach team members, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction. You will cover shifts when the GM is unavailable, uphold safety standards, and drive revenue through effective staff development and service excellence.

The role offers a base salary in the mid 40k range plus a substantial bonus potential and opportunities for career advancement within a rapidly growing organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or equivalent combination of experience/education considered.
• 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in retail, hospitality, or fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Car wash experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all GM responsibilities during their absence to ensure seamless operations.
• Drive revenue growth by coaching team members and optimizing customer interactions.
• Use KPI tools to support membership revenue growth and retention, including oversight of labor management.
• Uphold company policies and enforce safety protocols.
• Assist the GM in payroll tasks, including reviewing and approving hours for all employees.
