Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a team, and maintain an excellent guest experience. The role covers shifts when the General Manager isn’t onsite and requires strong leadership and a focus on safety and service standards.

Base salary ranges from $42,500 to $45,000 with bonus potential up to $12,500, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement. 45–50 hours weekly are typical.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; combination of experience and/or education considered.
• 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in fast-paced environments; car wash experience not required.
• Strong leadership, sales and communication skills; ability to coach and develop staff and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in staff development, hiring, training, schedules, and performance management; cover GM duties when needed.
• Drive revenue growth through coaching, customer interactions, and oversight of memberships/labor.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies; uphold service standards across the site.
• Support payroll-related tasks and payroll approvals in GM absence.
